This means that while we are happy to exchange an item for one of an equal value, any refunds are at the discretion of Avanti Shops.

There are 2 important exceptions to this rule, please note:

• Gift Certificates and items purchased with a Gift Certificate are not exchangeable and not refundable.
• Jewelry by Hillcroft Design is not exchangeable and not refundable.

Items damaged in shipping will be refunded or exchanged as specified below.

Returns and Returns for Exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Items that are offered at a lower or discounted price than the regular price, ie sale pricing, or that have been purchased using a discount coupon to discount the purchase price, are not exchangeable and not refundable.

Gift Certificates and items purchased with Gift Certificates are not returnable and not exchangeable.

Refunds will only be authorized for merchandise damaged in shipping upon receipt of the carrier's acceptance of liability, and upon receipt of the returned merchandise at AvantiShops.

As the customer has decided their choice of shipper in the original instance, it is the responsibility of the customer to make a claim with their shipper in compliance with the shipping agency's policies. Upon receipt of the shipping agency's statement of acceptance of liability, Avanti Shops will endeavor to replace the item with a comparable item. If a comparable item is not available, the customer will receive a refund of the original purchase price, but not the shipping costs.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Requests to return an item must be pre-authorized by Avanti Shops. Return authorizations are at the sole discretion of Avanti Glass Studio and Avanti Shops.
