| Please note: If an item is to be ordered from the artist, your credit card will not be charged until the item is in stock and ready to ship. There is no minimum order, but if your purchase is under $150 before taxes, there is a flat Shipping & Handling Fee of $20.00 Cdn. We strive to ship orders within 12-72 hours of payment confirmation. However, AvantiShops is a dual-function store. Items that are in-stock will be shipped within that time frame. Items that must be special-ordered from the artist, are shipped within the timeline as specified with that item. These timelines are determined by the individual artists, according to their production schedules. Customers are advised of the ship date as soon as their order is processed. |

| For the first two weeks, merchant services is limited to PayPal, while our configuration with our main provider is completed. When PayPal is properly utilized, it is completely safe, quick, and easy. It offers a range of payment options. |

| Please note: At present we only ship Best Way or Free Shipping to locations in Canada and the continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. If you are outside these areas, you will receive an email or telephone call from us after checkout to arrange shipping and payment options. |
| Shipping options: Canada Post via Express Post or Expedited Parcel. This is the most economical shipping method that is also insurable and trackable. Other options such as Fedex or UPS may be made available in future. |
| All shipments are insured, all shipments have a tracking number. The tracking number will be made available to the client via email as soon as their parcel is shipped, and the notification from Canada Post is proof that the shipment has been sent and delivered. |

| **Should the customer wish to use a courier service such as Fedex, UPS or Purolator, please note this in the Comments box along with your telephone number, and the store owner will contact you regarding payment for the additional charges. |
